RED ALERT THREE
"...“A game that succeeds brilliantly as a comedy. The dialogue and acting in these (FMV) scenes is the best in the series to date.”
IGN
"...The FMV sequences get some real star power this time around…It helps that the dialogue is well-written and humorous without going too far. The self-serious tone to everything is absolutely key.”
GIANT BOMB
"...One of the biggest draws of the series has always been the story and the way it is presented. The game uses a series of FMV sequences featuring top Hollywood talent and quirky, but well-written dialogue. There are several laugh-out-loud funny moments thanks to the talent present and of course the excellent writing. ”

CALL OF JUAREZ: BOUND IN BLOOD
"...Between the fantastic characters, wonderful story and largely entertaining gunplay, this is a title that's worth checking out.”
WORTHPLAYING
"...this game's strong narrative and high production values make it an almost cinematic experience. The voice acting is close to pitch perfect, particularly the voices of the brothers McCall. The game's story touches on many well-known Western motifs, such as honor, betrayal, greed, faith, and even love, and while it doesn't tread any new ground, it does present a compelling narrative. ”
GAMESPOT
"...Even the banter between the two -- the way they simultaneously bicker/one-up/compliment each other -- is surprisingly good. The brother/buddy vibe to the dialogue is sometimes pulled off better than even Gears of War or Army of Two."

CALL OF JUAREZ: GUNSLINGER
"...a very enjoyable tribute to the tall tales of the Wild West.”
GAME INFORMER
"...Weaves an interesting story that rarely takes its exaggerated history or borderline comedic violence seriously."
IGN
"...Gunslinger does an amazing job of telling a story to players."
Post Arcade
"...Greaves essentially talks you through every mission with just the right mix of campy fun and Wild West panache, all of which is expertly delivered."
Official Xbox Magazine
"...Storytelling has always been the Call of Juarez series greatest asset and that is no different WITH Gunslinger."

DYING LIGHT: THE FOLLOWING
"Dying Light is a terrifying open-world zombie game with an excellent story, intent on scaring the living hell out of you..”

TOM CLANCY'S THE DIVISION
"Tom Clancy's The Division is an extremely entertaining and well-developed game, featuring surprisingly fantastic story-based missions."
PSX EXTREME
"The open-world nature of The Division allowed me to do anything I wanted, which involved completing missions, engaging in quick encounters and picking up random collectibles that slowly unravel the game’s gut-wrenching story."

MAFIA III
"Its writing and performances are some of the best of this entire generation, and it isn’t pulling punches with the themes it tackles."
IGN
"Every aspect of Mafia III's writing--from the dialogue to the mission descriptions--is excellent. The obvious care and craftsmanship that went into its narrative elements should serve as a model for all other triple-A titles. "
GAMESPOT
"Mafia III is one of the best stories in a video game I have played this year, heck I would go as far as to say this generation."

Shadow Warrior III
Shadow Warrior 3 is an unbridled good time with great fights and even greater one-liners.
GAMESPACE.COM
Lo Wang’s steady barrage of amusing one-liners is infectious and humorous in a way that’s joyous. It adds to the experience and keeps things fun, especially when the action gets tense.
Ausgamers
The game opens up with Wang in his underpants, talking to the mask of his “deceased” friend and trickster, Hoji, as Lo Wang is in mid-existential crisis questioning where his mojo has gone. Thus kicks off another adventure filled with toilet humour (which is right up my street), gunplay, swordplay, gory executions, and some freerunning for what is a linear unadulterated romp

Resident Evil Village: Shadows of Rose
What stole the show, though, is Shadows of Rose. An emotional, heartbreaking story that doesn’t let up and is one of the better DLC stories we have received for any Resident Evil title.
Attack of the Fanboy
A major positive of Shadows of Rose is how fantastic of a protagonist Rose Winters truly is. She almost immediately becomes incredibly likable. Rose is a character who is understandably flawed yet weirdly relatable, making for a character that deserves even more screen time.
Twinfinite
Dying Light: The Beast
It is a simple tale, but one that is told with verve and passion. Kyle, as a lead, is immensely likable, despite not being the nicest bloke getting around, and the supporting cast are all wonderfully written and portrayed. The ultimate, shocking and bloody conclusion left me gasping, while at the same time opening the door for more down the line. The writers have clearly had fun here, and I had a blast getting swept up in this tale of revenge.
Player2.net.au
Dying Light: The Beast is a stunningly refined action-horror experience on every level, but most of all, I'm hypnotized by how Techland pulls off such a rich story across 20 or so main quests and drives it towards a bombastic, immensely satisfying finale.

Resident Evil Requiem
As far as Resident Evil stories go, Requiem has one of the best. It's brilliantly paced, with shocking moments, the franchise's trademark campiness, memorable new villains like Victor Gideon, and some series-best performances, with Angela Sant'Albano putting in an especially impressive performance as Grace.
GameRant
Perhaps the most impressive aspect of Resident Evil Requiem is that its storyline is incredibly compelling. Rather than shy away from the wild twists and turns that Resident Evil has taken over the years, its narrative leans more directly into some of its craziest elements. This not only makes for a ton of fun, but Capcom does this while also keeping the story grounded around its two central characters.
ComicBook
As for the story and character work, it’s largely fantastic. Grace is a terrific new addition to the series, and the mysteries around her make for one of the best narratives in the franchise’s 30-year history. Veteran game writer Haris Orkin tries to balance acknowledgement of all that Leon’s lost with love for all that he’s done, and it comes out beautifully in the end.
